This engine is a Frisbie 3 cylinder. The water jackets are full of debris and are cracked in a few places.

After 1 heat, the water jackets are coming clean but there's still a lot to come out. Then we'll see about the cracks.
In for another heat tomorrow.

More pictures of progress. The water jacket is thin but not too bad. The long crack will be a challenge because of positioning.
Just started to weld up the big holes.

The long crack is done. It may need some more but the most of it is done.
